Bring a yoga mat. We no longer provide yoga mats. You can buy a yoga mat at the studio
Take off your shoes and leave them in the hall. We don't allow shoes in the practice studio. It is hard to practice yoga in socks.
Turn off your cell phone during class. No cell phone allowed in the studio, please!
Breathe! And wear a mask at all times when in the studio.
