Classes that are good for beginners:

20 Min Yoga Basics

A short, prerecorded 20-minute beginner class. you'll find this class is fun and supportive with the  information provided in an easily digestible format

Restorative yoga

In Restorative yoga you will stay in traditional yoga postures, modified by using blankets and props, for longer periods of time (five minutes or more), in order to thoroughly rest. Ideal to reduce physical and mental stress, and help chronic pain,  recover,y or injury. No yoga experience required, and all levels welcome.

Slow Flow Vinyasa

This class serves as an introduction to the flowing, vinyasa style and will incorporate fundamental yoga postures into the sun salutation, moving at a slow, steady pace to get used to the flow. Some yoga experience is needed.

Hatha Yoga

Expect less detailed instruction on the fundamentals than in a beginner class yet still accessible. Variations will be given to offer appropriate levels of challenge, but some yoga experience is needed.

Gentle Yoga

This class focuses on relaxation and stress relief and is especially suitable for older adults and those wanting to slow down.  We will practice poses to both gently strengthen and stretch muscles, as well as open the joints. We'll also enjoy meditation to calm the mind. Gentle yoga welcomes both beginner and experienced students.
