This special YTT program focuses on the complementary styles of Vinyasa and Yin yoga, which together, bring a balance in yang and yin energy. You'll study physical anatomy, as well as anatomy of the subtle body (energy) for an understanding of how to sequence active flows and held postures that target the deeper layers of the body. Graduates leave this program with a deeper understanding of Vinyasa and Yin yoga, and an ability to teach both styles of yoga, on their own or weaved together.

Successful completion of our 200-hour yoga teacher training programs allows graduates to register with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level.
