A limited number of scholarships are available for individuals with financial need.  Application deadline is October 15, 2026.  Scholarships awarded November 1, 2026.

Urban Breath Yoga

Ready to deepen your practice and step into your voice as a yoga teacher? Join us for a powerful and practical journey into the heart of yoga.

This 200-hour foundational training is designed to introduce you to a wide range of yoga styles—including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and more—so you can discover what speaks to you. You’ll learn how to sequence intelligently, teach safely, and adapt yoga for different bodies and experiences.

Led over ten themed weekends, the program culminates in a final retreat weekend at a peaceful retreat center near St. Louis, where you’ll celebrate your transformation and build lasting connections with your training community.

Expect deep learning, real growth, and a whole lot of heart.

In addition to our meetings, you will also attend group yoga classes and practice teach on your own as a part of this program.

Total Tuition: $4,100
Deposit: $700 due upon registration to hold your spot.
Monthly Installments: $425 / month (8 payments total).
Payment Dates:  15th of each month, starting January 15, 2027 and ending August 15, 2027.
