Silent Retreat Weekend

A silent retreat is an invitation to step out of your daily roles and responsibilities and return to the quiet spaciousness within. When we pause the noise of routine and gently withdraw from external demands, silence becomes a powerful teacher — opening the heart, softening the mind, and revealing the love and wisdom that are the inherent qualities of our true nature.

Held in nature, this retreat offers time for genuine self‑reflection. The stillness of the environment mirrors the stillness we cultivate inside, helping the nervous system settle and the body unwind. Without devices or distractions, presence becomes more accessible, and a deeper sense of inner clarity begins to unfold.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll be supported by guided meditation, yoga, qi gong, walking in nature, and chanting mantras. These practices gently open the body, regulate the nervous system, and awaken mindful awareness of breath, body, and mind — allowing silence to expand into spaciousness, and spaciousness to reveal the love and wisdom within.

Participants are asked to maintain silence from Friday night until Sunday.

Cost includes accommodations (including linens), all practice and lecture sessions, all meals, and access to the grounds at the Kindred Forest.

Meals are vegetarian and gluten-free. Vegan diets can be accommodated as well.
