Absolutely! Our prenatal classes are designed for all levels. Whether you’re brand new or already have a practice, you’ll feel supported and safe.
When in pregnancy can I start?
You can begin anytime after your first trimester, with your doctor or midwife’s approval. Many students join us throughout the second and third trimesters.
Do I need to come to every class?
We encourage you to attend all six classes so you can experience the full benefits and build connection with the group. If something comes up, just reach out—we’ll do our best to help you with a makeup opti
What if I miss the start of a session?
If space allows, you can still join a series that’s already started—we’ll prorate the cost for the remaining classes.
What happens if I deliver before the session is over?
We will apply your class credits to regular yoga classes.
