The Location:
A woodland retreat situated on 100 acres of woodlands in the Ozarks near Leasburg, Missouri. Located a little over an hour from St. Louis, the space offers a quiet environment for rest and reflection.The property features several miles of nature trails, and amenities such as fire pits, hammocks, bench swings, and rocking chairs placed throughout the property. Most bedrooms are shared, as are the bathrooms, creating a communal living environment. Guests can explore the property's trails, sit by fire pits, rest in hammocks, or simply enjoy the quiet of the surrounding forest. The retreat is designed with simplicity and natural connection in mind, offering an ideal environment for those seeking time away from the demands of modern life.

Friday- Sunday
Hosted at a beautiful woodland retreat center near Leasburg, Missouri, a little over an hour from St. Louis.

$595 all-inclusive weekend
Includes accommodations, all practice and lecture sessions, all meals, and access to the property.
Meals are vegetarian and gluten-free. Vegan diets can be accommodated as well.

Friday
2pm Arrival
3-6pm Orientation, gentle yoga, restorative yoga, afternoon chanting and meditation (*silence begins)
6-8pm Dinner and break
8-9pm Evening chanting and meditation
7:30-8am Chanting and meditation (Gayatri mantra)
10am-12pm Qi-gong, yin yoga, morning chanting and meditation
12-3pm Lunch and break
3-6pm Vinyasa and yin yoga, afternoon chanting and meditation
6-8pm Dinner and break
8-10pm Silent yin yoga, evening chanting and meditation
7:30-8am Chanting and meditation
8-10am Breakfast and break
10am-12pm Qi-gong, yin yoga, morning chanting and meditation
12-1pm. Lunch and departure
