Assistant Manager will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service and day-to-day operations. Knowledge of yoga a must. Knowledge of all things UB is highly desired. You must have an outgoing personality, excellent phone etiquette, a high level of organization. Can you communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with the natural ability to read people and the desire to solve their problems? If so, this is a perfect fit for you.
-Be passionate about yoga and take classes regularly at the studio
-Answer/return telephone calls and general email inquiries promptly and efficiently
-Assist customers with UB schedule and program questions
-Assist members in account questions
-Utilize MBO software to navigate through student accounts and service offerings
-Support studio managers
