FAQ-YOGA AND OUR STUDIOS

General studio etiquette:

Studio etiquette helps us all have a yoga experience just as it was meant to be.

Be on time to class. If you are late you may or may not be able to get in depending on if there is reception at the front desk.

Our studios are open 15 minutes before each scheduled class. If arriving more than15 minutes early you may need to  wait outside.

Turn your cell phone OFF. Not vibrate, but OFF and do not take phones into studio.

Remove your shoes in the lobby, before entering the studio.

Is someone there at the studio all day?

No. We are a neighborhood yoga studios and we're not there on site all day. The doors are open 15 minutes before each class. Get there early so that you don't feel rushed. Most classes are 75 minutes long.

What classes are for me?

We highly recommend you join us for our  free Yoga 101 Workshop if you are brand new to yoga.  We also recommend our Yoga Basics for at least six classes which will give you all you need to feel comfortable and confident as you venture into other yoga classes. After you've completed at least six Basics classes, feel free to attend our "Open"  or "All Levels" classes. From there, talk with your instructors and get their advice as you move deeper into your practice.
